Neither Docs- nor insole-specific, but my better half has had good luck getting boots re-heeled at Derek's Shoe Repair in Morgan's Alley. Your gal can browse for lids at Pinkham Millinery while she's there. Even if they weren't Docs the only place you should go is Dorians. But since they are Docs, I'm pretty sure that Dorian's is the only place that can handle them (that's what I've been told by other cobblers around town). posted by cmonkey at 11:39 PM on May 6
