Salyut-7 with English subtitles?

According to the Verge, Salyut-7 has been exhibited at Fantastic Fest, probably in September, with English subtitles. I have poked around for a digital release of this version and have not come up with anything. I assume the current political climate in the US makes a US distribution agreement unlikely. Any leads? I would very much like to see this film.

SALYUT-7 was presented at Fantastic Fest courtesy of the rightsholder, French distributor Indie Sales Company. You could drop a line to their international sales rep or festival rep to see if additional US screenings are in the works.
