Best Notebook Bluetooth Mouse?

I'm looking for a good replacement for my trusty Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse 5000. Is there a mouse out there that fits my criteria? Detailed criteria inside.
The rubberized coating on the Microsoft mouse is starting to get sticky, so I'd like to find a replacement. I use a MacBook Pro, but I don't think I'm interested in Apple mice because I really use three clear buttons. Here are the criteria:
1. Bluetooth. This is non-negotiable. Dongles are a deal breaker. This is the requirement that limits my selection.
2. Medium sized. One of the things that I like about the Microsoft mouse is that it's small enough to tuck away, but also reasonably fits in my hand.
3. Three buttons including a scroll wheel. This should be the easiest, I think.
4. Good mouse responsiveness. I don't use this for gaming, but I do use it for precision mousing, so I want it to work well.
5. Works well without a mouse pad.
6. Reasonably priced. $30 would be great. $50 would be OK. More than that, I'm going to start thinking about paying the rediculous $100 that third party sellers are charging on Amazon for the MS 5000 mouse.

Wirecutter did a general review of "Best wireless mouse" which you might find useful. I use a Logitech MX Anywhere 2 which I love - partly because it is able to switch between control of up to 3 devices, partly because it is rechargeable via an USB connection and partly because it works on glass surfaces - which seem to be beloved of hotel room desks. It is a little beyond the top of your price range but might be available within it from some suppliers.

My M5000 has started to get sticky too, but a wipe down with an alcohol swap keeps the tack away for a while.
I haven't found a mobile mouse quite like the M5000.
