How can I arrange a dog walker at a hotel?

I have a very friendly wire fox terrier, Buster, who's accustomed to getting an occasional professional walker when I'm away from home for a longer stretch of time than I'd like to leave him alone. We're about to leave for a cross-country road trip that includes a few hotel stays and I'm not sure how to arrange a dog walker.

He's not a barker and has done fine with hotel stays before. We typically leave him alone in the room to go out to dinner or swim in the pool, but we have a few baseball games lined up and I'd like to give him some company/exercise while we're out. At home I've used the Wag! dog walking app with great success- we have a keypad door lock for easy house access and Buster always seems to have great fun. I'm open to using Wag! or Rover in the other (major) cities we're visiting, but I can't figure out how the walker would access the room. We're obviously staying in dog-friendly hotels with permission, but the hotels themselves do not offer this kind of service. Can I leave a key at the front desk? I'd rather not have to meet the walker in person to give them the key.

Yes, you leave a key at the front desk with the dog walker's name.

Make sure you check the hotel's rules for dogs. Every one I've ever stayed at disallowed leaving a dog unattended in the room. If your dog doesn't bark, you probably won't get caught unless you do something like leave a key for a dogwalker at the front desk.

Just don't say they're a dog walker. Say they're your cousin/friend/whatever. No need to explain why you're leaving the key. They're picking something up. (Though I'd want to meet a person I was giving a key to my hotel room and entrusting my dog to, just my two cents).

I can't believe that nobody has commented on how cute Buster is!
