How to get a specific IOS app on android?

I saw this awesome app called Happy Scale for IOS. But I have an Samsung Galaxy S7 edge running the newest version of android. How do I get this app on my phone? I looked up emulators for IOS on android and found these apps called Iemu and Cider. But all they gave me were fake apple app stores. I have an app similar to happy scale but it doesn't have all the things I want for weight tracking.
There are systems that generate (compile to) both device architectures so some apps may appear to run on both but it's a lowest common denominator situation. What Candleman says is pretty much the situation in the app world right now. Perhaps your best option would be to suggest to the developers of a similar android app that your list of enhancements would boost their market.

I'm not sure what Android app you're trying now to track the moving average, but Libra is a very robust one.
Personally I just use Trendweight on my mobile browser because it integrates with Fitbit which I'm using anyway. There is no way to enter weights manually so please disregard this if you aren't already using (or willing to use) Fitbit or Withings.
