Help me remember this actor's name

My wife is trying to remember the name of a particular actor. She thinks she saw him on a TV show from the last 10 years in which he plays a brother with a sister, both in their 20s or 30s. The actor in question has a shock of dark curly hair and typically Jewish features.
In the show my wife saw, the actor's character and his sister have a father they are dependent on or always trying to get money from. They are kind of jerks in the show, and she thinks the brother-sister actors may be siblings in real life. My wife doesn't think she's seen the actor in anything else. He's not on this list.

Seconding Ben Schwartz as Jean Ralphio. Jenny Slate played his sister and Henry Winkler played their father.
