Does this application exist? Giant wireframe/flow mapping of screenshots

I am looking for an application that basically allows me to reference external images, place them on a giant canvas and annotate them (draw arrows, make notes etc.). The trick here being that when the external images update they should also update my "map". I know this is possible in Indesign and Illustrator, but I am looking for alternatives.
