Can you identify this knife?

My aunt showed me a knife she got from a street vendor in Thailand. Evidently, the merchant made quite a show of the various ways it can be used, for peeling veggies, slicing, filleting fish, etc. I was able to find a somewhat similar knife made by JinLi, but it was lacking the peeling feature in the center. Any idea where I could read more about this knife or figure out how to use it? Link.

I got a similar knife in Vietnam. I use it for slicing ginger root to make tea! The only thing similar I've seen is this which the reviews say are terrible, so IDK.

That is a Chinese knife (made by a Chinese manufacturer) That peels and is used for cutting fancy shapes and carvings of root vegetables and melons. For example, the fancy melon soups at banquets served inside of a melon is carved with this tool. Carrots or turnips are peeled and cut into snazzy shapes all with this one tool. Faster to use one tool to do the prep of something you want into special shapes than to have multiple tools because you never have to put anything down to complete the task!
