Yuma short term housing

My daughter's going to be in Yuma AZ for a physicians assistant clinical rotation in January 2018 for five weeks, then will return there in mid-March for a second five-week rotation in women's health. Her husband, a native of Ecuador, will be with her. They both are fluent Spanish-speakers. We're brainstorming about housing options, from renting an unused vacation trailer to WWOOFing (he'd do the work part). Help us think about what might be possible, and what might make sense in that context.
Check out AirBnB for a furnished rental. My husband and I were able to rent for a month in Eugene while house hunting. And because it was a longer term they gave us 30% off the full price. They sometimes have RVs and trailers to stay in, too.
