Doulton Water System - Interchangeable with Berkey Filters?

I have the travel Doulton water system and want to add the Berkey black filters - this to reduce fluoride. Are the two systems compatible? Can I use Berkey's filters with the Doulton?

Almost all of the different filters (manufactured/marketed by different companies) will fit in all of the tanks. Berkey and Doulton filters and tanks are really the same company, they just package differently for the US or British markets.
