Tracking my favourite flavours - there's gotta be an app for that.

With all the food and flavour choices currently available, I'm looking for an iPhone/iPad app that can track my ratings and reviews of specific flavours or brands within a number of categories. I know there are great beer or wine apps that do this but I want something I can use across categories.
I'm fine with customizing something but I need to be able to rate or rank what I taste. I'm also fine with paying a reasonable upfront cost, but don't really want something with a monthly or yearly fee to keep using.
For context, I love trying new things but often lose track of the things that I loved. David's tea flavours is a good example, as is my new Nespresso machine and the many flavour options it presents. I would also likely use it for beer, wine, or even restaurant foods if it would lend itself to that.
