Colombia Edition: Cartagena + Caribbean Coast tours with cool people

I have a week alone on Colombia Caribbean's coast prior to a wedding in Cartagena at the end of Feb, looking for some advice on cool tours or tour guides. Previously a die-hard solo traveller but with little time to plan and trepidatious feelings about being a single (late 30's) woman in Colombia I'm considering something more organzied. I'm very active but the obvious active option - the lost city hike - is out of my comfort zone now due to Zika. Can you recommend a cool + active tour company?

I follow this travel company on Instagram and their trips look amazing; I'm not sure when they're next going to Colombia but here's the itinerary for a trip, with contact info.
