Popular podcast about "tulpa"?

I'm trying to find a podcast episode that focused on a woman who started exploring the concept of tulpa (basically, physical manifestation of an imaginary being*) in order to help with her depression and shyness.

She had gotten the idea from a fantasy book series she had read, and it initially helped her a lot. She met a young man in a church group, they got married without her telling him about her tulpa(s), and things went south after she got really involved with an online tulpa community. There may have been some issue of tulpas falling in love?

I feel like this was a popular podcast, but I'm not having any luck finding this on my own. Any ideas? The woman had multiple tulpas, and if I remember correctly one of them was a good artist and one was "an imaginary cat" (which was a very hard concept for me to wrap my head around).

*Yes, I know this is a rudimentary explanation of "tulpa" - this is how the podcast was framed. No corrections about the proper definition of tulpa, please
