Cam

So I am looking for a bodycam and wondering what is out there.
I need to get a wearable camera/body cam that can record events and is legal. Since I am new to this I am listing the good to haves-
Wearable
As small as possible so easy to wear/carry
Can store videos for about 15 min in length (is this too much of time, you guys let me know)
Can be adjusted in camera angle
Anything else?
Mostly to be used in day to day people interactions with me as I do walk alone daily on long stretch/trails and maybe also used to record the madness that is occurring right now in the world. Odds are I will probably never use this but I am definitely curious what exists out there.

nikon recently released the keymission 80 which seems to be intended as something that is worn to record what you see. i doubt it's the cheapest option though...
when i asked about suitable cameras for recording rides on my bike recently (over on reddit) the problem wasn't capacity (as long as the camera takes an SD card), but battery life. so you might care about that. my impression (i am not an expert on this!) was that over 3 hours of filming was considered unusual. so if you want to be recording that 15 min loop all day (and saving if after an incident) then battery life may be an issue (looking at the specs for the camera i linked to, for example, it seems like it only has 40 min video capability).

Well, a cellphone with a lanyard like this would probably do what you need.
I'm fond of the Polaroid cubes. Their magnetic base allows for some interesting angles and accessories are available to make it wearable.

You might improve your search results by looking for "lifelogging camera," such as those listed in this Wareable.com article, Best cameras for lifelogging: How to livestream your life on the move (posted April 13, 2016). There are 5 cameras that are currently available on that list (plus one conceptual model), with prices ranging from $119 to $300 USD. Not all capture video, though.
