Crafting the perfect juice shots

After juice shots from a shop kept me going on a recent vacation, I'm interested in learning more and making my own. I have no interest in buying a juicer; I'm looking for things I can make with pre-made juices, oils, supplements, etc. A few more details inside.

The juice shots I had on vacation that I've been making at home are ginger/lemon/oil of oregano. They help when I'm feeling really run-down, which happens a lot.

I am primarily interested in juice shots to fight fatigue/boost energy. I also want to combat brain fog. But if you have any suggestions for all-around wellness blends that have been helpful to you, by all means mention them. I've read enough to know the most popular ingredients (beets, turmeric, cayenne all keep coming up), but are there others that you like? If you want to share any recipes here as well, feel free.

The only dietary restriction I have is that I can't have any grapefruit because it interacts with meds.

My favorite juice shot of all time is lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and oregano. Just combine what you've got and add ginger and you've got a little shot of magic.

Oh I have a juicer! Goodwill is rife with these, btw.

If I'm really fiending salt I do kale, lemon, and celery.

Other favorites (ginger shot and/or wheatgrass always optional)

Bell pepper, carrot, celery, cucumber

Carrot, tomato, lemon

Tomato, bell pepper, jalapeno

Cucumber, bell pepper, lime, celery with dash of Tajin.

Carrot tangerine lemon
