Three seasons of young love

Trying to find a poem I once read, can only remember this: We sat inside, we drank our tea. In sips, he had enough of me.
I remember reading a poem that was divided into three parts (maaaybe four), each a season in a relationship - starting with limerence, then the mature relationship, then the decline. The one I remember is the shortest, and I believe it goes:
III.
We sat inside
We drank our tea
In sips, he had
Enough of me
Does this ring any bells? I haven't had any luck searching for this stanza, but I'm sure it exists!
