Affordable, veg-friendly Vancouver restaurant

I'm looking for an affordable, vegetarian-friendly, delicious restaurant in Vancouver, BC. Hoping for entrees below $20, and a downtown location would be a bonus. Thanks!
I have heard good things about The Acorn but not been myself. Forage is not strictly vegetarian but is downtown and has a decent selection of vegetarian stuff. Farmer's Apprentice is outside of your price range, but they do a vegetarian tasting menu that's like 6 courses for $50 so if $20 for an entree was including a plan for appetizer/dessert maybe still workable?

...which is to say nothing of the TON of Indian places in town; Salam Bombay is a decent option downtown.

Although the Naam is in Kits, which is a bit of a trek. And it's not quite as good as it used to be -- although it is still pretty good!

Try the Basil Pasta Bar - choose all your own ingredients for 8.95 a bowl. Really good.

Seconding Banana Leaf and The Templeton!
Nuba has good, veg friendly Lebanese food. Two locations downtown--bigger space in Gastown, hole in the wall closer to Yaletown but it doesn't carry the full menu. The Gastown one has a vegetarian share platter for $38 and a veg entree for $19. Lots of small veg share plates for less.
Similarly, JamJar on Commercial (a short Skytrain ride from downtown) has great Lebanese food. Very veg friendly and reasonably priced.
I recently went to Meet on Main, inexpensive, low key vegan food in a nice atmosphere. There's lots of tasty stuff, lots of it definitely not health food! Entrees are around $11-13. Not downtown but not hard to get to on transit.
I've been to The Acorn twice and enjoyed it, though I enjoyed one meal more than the other. I LOVED the halloumi! Entrees from $18-20. It's really close to Meet on Main.
I haven't been myself, but vegetarian friends went to Heirloom recently and enjoyed it. It's close to downtown, in Kits but not as far away as the Naam, I think. Entrees are all between $18-21.
They also had great things to say about the vegetarian tasting menu at Mission, which is $45/4 courses, $65/6 courses but they do have a few vegetarian small plates/larger plates for under $20. It's also in Kits, near Mission.

Echoing Nuba -- they also have good cocktails. I've only been to the W Hastings one, though.

My brother, who is too lazy to sign in himself, says "The Foundation, at Main & Kingsway."
