Where Does This Pottery Come From?

Help me track down the manufacturer who made my vase & jug. I picked up the vase in a local charity shop a few years back. Last week my partner gave me the jug as a birthday present (another charity shop find). I LOVE my vase & my jug - and I'd love to know more about who made them and where/when.
Picture of jug. - Picture of vase (poor quality, sorry). Picture of mark on bottom of vase (jug says 18D rather than 13D but otherwise identical).
Vase is roughly 9" tall & has a shiny glaze on top of decoration. Jug is roughly 7" and has no glaze over decorations. Both have a gold finish at the base and inside the rim at the top. Both featured a blackish paint on the top third with a flower motif (poppies) on top and extending towards the lower part (which is painted chrome yellow on the vase & left bare on the jug).
Judging solely by decoration style, I'm thinking 1910-1930 myself, but that's just an educated guess. Bought for ridiculously little money in charity shops in Scotland.
Thank you for any help!

I don't have an answer, but maybe some clues or someone you can ask...
These people are selling a vase with the same marks: http://canvasandco.com.au/cc000050_englandvase_web/
Probably a wild hare, but the motifs in slide 6 of this slideshow look very similar: http://www.antiquestradegazette.com/news/2015/mar/13/single-owner-collection-proves-shot-in-the-arm-for-ruskin-and-pilkingtons/
