Photo Album Which Lists File Names of Photos In Album

I have 2000 photos which I'd like to organize, and have 2 specific requirements - I'd like to: (1) select photos in one album and add them to another, & (2) access a list view of each album - i.e. see the file names of the photos in an album, listed by their order in the album. Currently I have MS Photo and Google Photos - looks like I can only do #1 in Google Photos, and can't do #2 in either. Am I missing something, or is there a suitable alternative - web, Win 8.1 or Win 10?

I think Thumbs Plus will do what you need. I think that it can be used for a month without paying, just so you can see what it is and how it works.

What you call an "album" is known as a "gallery" in Thumbs Plus, and pictures can belong to more than one gallery. (You can have as many galleries as you want.) Galleries can be sorted by name, by date, by size, by file path, by width, by height, and a bunch of other things, and you can manually control the order by moving individual files around within the gallery. You can also control how the gallery is displayed. Usually it's a thumbnail and the file name, but you don't have to see the thumbnail, and you can add file date, file size, and/or dimensions to the listing.
