Where was this photo taken?

I found a photo of my parents, and neither of them are sure where it was taken, other than that it was taken in Europe between 1971 and 1974. Any ideas? The photo

Is it possible it's from Delphi, on the sacred way?

It's Delphi, alright. And according to these links, some part of the Sanctuary of Apollo.
