Help me find an APP for maintaining a waiting list

I need a SIMPLE ios App to maintain a waiting list of patients wanting to be seen in my (low-tech) psychotherapy solo practice.

The fields I need are: date patient called, name, phone, email address, insurance, availability (times/days), referral source, and "notes". Right now I keep this on paper, there has got to be a better way! I want to be able to access it from any of my mobile (Apple) devices and have entries from one device update on all devices. This is probably incredibly basic but I have not yet found what I need on the App Store. Thank you!

Maybe check out FrontDesk? It's got a free trial, is on iOS, and updates across devices.

Response by poster: Front Desk appears to be an appointment scheduler/calendar app. I probably should have explained better (sorry).... I need to maintain a waitlist of patients who want to be contacted if and when I have a standing appointment time open up that would work for them. I schedule standing appointments (e.g. every Monday at 3 pm) that recur on a weekly basis. My practice is full but my goal is always to help patients reach their therapeutic goals and therefore terminate their therapy. When this happens I need to check my waitlist to see who is waiting to get in to my practice whose availability matches the newly or soon-to-be available standing appointment time. Hope that clarifies my needs.

perhaps just keep a separate calendar with these wait-listed patients with ALL of their preferred days/times as appointments?

Could you just use a spreadsheet? Numbers is available for all iOS devices and uses iCloud syncing. You could just sort the list by date called so you always choose the patient who's been on the waitlist the longest, and manually scan for availability during the new spot you have open. You could track availability by different days (e.g, a column for each day, with available times entered for each patient's row) to make this easier.

Unless you have a truly overwhelming number of waitlisted patients or new spots opening up every day, this would probably be the easiest way to do it.

If you really want to go free and cheap, you could also use the iOS app for Google Spreadsheets.

You could perhaps put a recurring "all day" appointment that does not mark you as busy all day long? So you could have a list at the top of each day (which is how it looks in Google Calendar) --

Bob S. - 3pm - 404-555-1212
Jenny H. - 6pm - 310-555-1212
Etc.

In Google Calendar, you can even set up a sub-calendar for this kind of thing.

I agree that Google Spreadsheets should work for this.
