Help me identify this Quebecois movie and its (English) soundtrack.

I'm trying to get the name of this French Quebecois movie I saw in a flight two years back, and its quite prominently featured English (American?) song. The movie is from the 2000's, I think, while the song is from 1980's. Your help needed, hive-mind!

I was on an Air Canada flight in the first week of 2014, when I saw this Quebecois movie about three friends with differing life choices, one who's a family man with a kid, another who's about to have a kid with his girlfriend, but still has feelings for his first girlfriend (and carries a list of "conquests"), and a third single friend (I think). Lots of drama about life-choices and whether being married/ attached is worth the effort, with quite a bit of envy from both the attached friends; think the expectant father gets caught with his list by his girlfriend and gets dumped. Or something like that; was trying to watch a movie to fall asleep and in a language I don't fully understand, so I'm sure I'm missing minor nuance here.

The movie is a useful clue, but not the crucial thing here. So one of the characters reminiscences about this song from his childhood earlier in this movie, and it later gets played in the soundtrack in the climax scenes. They somehow were playing this song at a food court here a few days ago, and now it's stuck in my brain as an earworm. Would like to play it a few times on YouTube or Spotify or something just to make it go away. I just don't know the name of the song or the movie. Googling hasn't helped at all.

Bit of a longshot to ask here, but can anyone help me out in identifying the movie and/ or the song? If you get the movie, it probably should be easy to ID the song (or vice-versa).

Best answer: Was it Horloge biologique? Not sure on the song, but there is a soundtrack for the film.

If not, you can search Air Canada's site to see which films were playing when you flew.

Response by poster: Oh yes, that was quick, thanks! It was Horloge Biologique indeed! And wow, that search engine at Air Canada's site is amazing; it's wonderful that it has records for past years as well.

The song that became an earworm for me is Foreigner's I want to know what love is. Definitely not the kind of music I normally listen to, but it's just the kind of track you'd associate with 80's. Singaporean radio has a strange strange obsession with 80's music; Class 95 is probably the only station in the world that still plays Rick Astley without meaning to be ironic. So it's no surprise they'd play #4 Hot 100 Billboard single of 1985 on weekday primetime.

Thanks once again for the quick response. I can now sleep better tonight.
