I need to find music that is similar in sound and spirit to the Justice song "Helix," but specifically, close to the feeling of the Gesaffelstein Vision Remix. Industrial dance music, I'm assuming, but WHAT would have the same vibe? Help me, o Hive Mind?
Try this one from Hot Chip! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9S0ONyRctyE

I wouldn't call that Justice remix "industrial"—more like, (electro-)house that happens to resemble industrial by accident.
But you might have some luck searching YouTube for "EBM" (electronic body music). EBM is the Belgian-born industrial-ish genre exemplified by Front 242.
The first thing that came to mind for me was Youth Code, although it's less dancey and more screamy.
That bassline also reminds me of certain electro (the old "electro" associated with 80s breakdance, not the stuff they call "electro" nowadays, which is actually electro-house). The DroidLife channel on YouTube has tons of modern, often more experimental electro—maybe you'll find something to like there.
Actually, I think I know an old tune that sounds almost exactly like the Justice remix, but I can't put my finger on it...

Ah! Here's why this keeps pinging "old school electro" to me:
Model 500 (Juan Atkins)—No UFOs
(It's actually often cited as the first techno record, but electro and techno blurred together in the beginning.)

Yeah, lots of stuff at the interface between electro and techno has that staccato, minor-key bassline, although with a more stripped-down sound and less of the house swagger.

Some more recent artists who have a bit of the old EBM sound: Charles Manier (aka Tadd Mullinix, who has similar stuff under other pseudonyms too), D'Marc Cantu, Beau Wanzer or his Streetwalker stuff, Svengalisghost, the Nation label, Creme Organization label.

Kicking & Screaming by The Presets has a similar sound to the example provided (in my opinion).

My references for this genre are a few years old but for this cut-up, dissonant sound I would recommend:
SebastiAn (try this one too)
Teenage Bad Girl
Mr Oizo (or here with SebastiAn and Sebastien Tellier)
In Flagranti
FYI, SebastiAn and Oizo have also released on Ed Banger Records with Justice so I'd check out more of that label's releases if you like them.
