How do I find a IP subnet that Sprint uses to send email for it's Treo product?

I have a Treo 650 using Sprint. I need to use POP & Exchange Active Synch for my mail synching/sending/receiving. But my Exchange 2003 server is locked down so it can't relay except for a few IP addresses. I need to discover the IP subnet that Sprint is using to send mail so I can allow it to use my exchange server as a relay so I can send email from my Treo. Any ideas what this is, how to find it, or how to do it otherwise?
install mergic ping on the treo, then ping some address of some machine you can monitor with tcpdump or similar.

In your Treo's web browser go to: http://www.whatismyip.com/.

For what it's worth the dynamic DNS entry on my Treo (Sprint) currently is: h460cc1b9.area2.spcsdns.net. I'm not sure if that original block (h460cc1b9) is always attached to the phone or not.

h460cc1b9 is probably 70.12.193.185, although mine seems to be 68.28.51.xxx according to whatismyip.com. i am in northern california.
