Looking for a photograph of Nadia Anjuman, the Afghan Poet that was recently killed.

A hi-res version of this -

That seems to be the only news item that carried a photo, as far as google shows. I tried Getty and Corbis to no avail. Anything better than the BBC photo is acceptable.

Response by poster: Am I missing something? That's smaller than the BBC photo.

This seems to be a slightly better quality version of the same image.

No, you're right, it seems to be the only version of the photo available. At first glance I thought the first link had been dynamically reduced in size. It's strange that for someone so highly regarded, there don't seem to be any photos other than this one available. Perhaps a cultural issue?

Response by poster: Yeah, who knows? It looks cropped, and I would like to get hold of either the cropped version in a largers size/resolution or the uncropped version.

I remember a tip for enlarging pictures without much degradation of the quality. For some reason, increments of 110% seem to do the trick. ( This tip is either from McClelland's Photoshop Bible or one of Scott Kelby's books ). I tried it on Anjuman's picture and here is the result. Hope this helps.
