And a Sensible Marlboro Cigarette

Looking for a video clip of a vaguely remembered (SNL?) sketch for the Chris Robinson diet. Am I just searching wrong, or did I dream this or what?

If it went something like "For breakfast, a deep breath, another deep breath for lunch, and for dinner a sensible cigarette" I remember it but as a Denis Leary gag.

SNL clips are almost impossible to find online, due to NBC being a bunch of crybabies who want to shut down video sharing of their intellectual property. I think there are some sites where you can find the transcripts, though.

Response by poster: I've heard the Dennis Leary thing, and I'm not sure which came first, but I am sure I heard this first about Chris Robinson.

I remember this as a radio bit, not something on t.v. I grew up near a military base and would tune in to the occasional radio show because they had lots of crude parody songs and salty language. But, almost word for word, the Chris Robinson diet definitely ran more than a few times.
