Form Letter Software needed

I am looking for a better alternative to The Form Letter Machine for making letters that are built up of standard snippets of text.

My main issue is that TFLM does not support rich text, so I cannot have links as part of the automatically created letter. Sure I can add it manually, but the idea is to save work, and avoid mistakes.
Here is a screen shot of TFLM. As you can see, I have radio buttons for the different types of business, and the different scenarios. Just having template for each different business is not enough, as there are several variations on their status, I would need hundreds of templates to cover the possibilities. Editing the letter would risk my missing a change, as I don't want to refer to a doctors office as a salon.

Does anyone have experience with a similar program they can recommend?

I'm confused. What kind of "links" would you include in a letter that is presumably printed out and sent by mail?

Response by poster: The letter is copy and pasted into an email.

There is a Word add-on called The Form Tool and a related product called Doxsera. Atlantis Word Processor includes a clip library.

In the plain-text environment, NoteTab has a very capable clip language that allows for document assembly.
