Up and coming record labels

I'm looking for a up and coming independent record labels. Has anyone heard of any new record labels, specifically targeted to hip hop artists, in the Pittsburgh or cleveland area? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

If they exist there's a good chance they are on Bandcamp. Unfortunately they don't let you search by multiple tags (at least not that I've figured out) but they do have tags like "pittsburgh hip hop."
