"This is my house" -- name the song

The lyrics to this rock-blues anthem chorus are a frustratingly elusive earworm. I'm not sure where they came from. They are in a Lucinda Williams like style -- emphatic, anthem-like, similar to "Change the Locks". Google isn't helping me. Can you?
The chorus goes:

And I'm not going anywhere
I'm not sure about the rest of the song.

Response by poster: It's definitely not the Bon Jovi 'This is our house.' Much more 'emphatic' in the delivery of the chorus.
