Need reccomendations for small business ISPs in Midtown Manhattan

I'm tasked with changing our ISP and wondered if you have insight...

I work at a small non profit in west Midtown Manahttan. There are 4 of us here all using the internet pretty much nonstop all day. Mostly just browsing but sometimes uploading/downloading medium size files. We currently have Verizon 'high speed' internet and it's worse than my $30 internet at home. It's slow if even 2 of us are working and it constantly cuts in and out. Verizon cannot offer a higher speed and Fios is not available to us. They offered an additional line but it would be double the cost and still poor service. We also hate them as a company.
I'm browsing online for new options but I wanted to check and see if any of you have any suggestions?

One of my former apartment buildings offered Natural Wireless. I don't know how widely available they are, or how expensive their business service is. They seemed to be slightly worse than Fios, but better than Time Warner.

Is PANIX.COM what you're looking for?

Rainbow Broadband is good. If you're the only subscriber in your building it is about $1k/month for 10 Mbps symmetrical (and more $ for more bandwidth). If there are others in the building you can get a smaller plan like 5 Mbps for 1/2 the cost. You'd need permission from your building as they mount a dish on the roof, and there has to be line of sight to be eligible to sign up.

Normally I go with Time Warner, but I have a client in midtown west where Time Warner isn't available and Verizon DSL doesn't cut it so they use Rainbow. I've used it at other clients and I haven't seen an outage in the years I've used them. They're a small company so calling company not only gets you a knowledgeable person.
