Plus sized pillowcase?

We have king sized pillows, which we like very much, that are sized larger than normal king sized pillows.
Is there a source for larger than standard 100% cotton pillow cases? Alternatively, perhaps we can contract someone to custom create a few to our specifications, but I’m not sure how to make contact with such a person.
Any recommendations?

Etsy is a great place to have custom pieces done, and pillowcases are as easy as they come. Do some searching and find someone with designs/fabric you like. Most will gladly take a custom order.

I bought plain shams from Bed Bath and Beyond for just this reason. Worked like a charm.

There are normal sized pillows, then the half again as wide king pillows, sorry to be redundant, but you mean even larger than the half-again-as-wide ones?
What are it's approximate measurements, a king size pillow is 20x36 or 20x40

Yes, if they're standard king pillows, lots of companies have pillowcases that will fit them. E.g. http://www.garnethill.com/hemstitched-supima-c2ae-percale-bedding/bedding-bath/sheets/221425?&defattribvalue=main

If you mean pillows twice as large as standard ones (ie square) these are European pillows and you should be able to order pillowcases online from Europe. Ikea even sometimes has them here (Australia).
Even if they are a bit smaller than that, it might be easier to alter European pillowcases to a smaller size than to alter smaller cases to a larger one. (Although honestly, sewing pillowcases is really easy. It was the first thing we learned in sewing class when we were 10years old.)

I easily get King-sized pillowcases at Bed Bath and Beyond; they're labeled as such.

Best answer: Any time you buy a new sheet/duvet set, buy an extra coordinating flat sheet. Take a pillow and the extra flat sheet to your local dry cleaner. They should be able to do this for less than $20/each.
