I moved from PA to OH a while ago but my car still has a PA plate. I'm still paying off my car which means I dont have the title. What is the easiest process to get an OH plate? Thank you!

The way it has worked everywhere I have lived is just to take your current driver's license and proof of our current (Ohio) address to a Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) office and tell them that you have moved and you need a new license and new plates.

More info here.

In my state, we have titles that just say that the car has a bank lien on it, and you trade it in for a new one when you pay the car off. Do you have that option?
