ID These Boots

I'm chasing after a missed connection--help me find my dream rain wellies.
In the course of my travails through the interwebs, I have finally found them--my perfect pair of rain boots. They're tall and rendered in powder blue, ridged--and the defining feature: each boot has a crest designed with a horse.
Alas, I cannot make out a brand name, although the horse might indicate earlier Ralph Lauren (before their Polo horse grew to ridiculous proportions).
I must have them. Any insight as to brand and/or where I can find them would be super appreciated. Thank you, MetaFilter!

Also Kamik Jenny, which is shorter than the Jennifer but also comes in blue.
