CD/song filter - Make Me a Channel of your Peace - Harlem Choir

I'm looking for a CD or a song DL for, what was described for my mother as, "Prayer/song (Prayer of St. Francis, Where there is Peace, etc.) sung by the Harlem Choir (New York)."

The Prayer of St. Francis song is known as "Make Me a Channel" or "Make Me a Channel of your Peace." There's a Boys Choir of Harlem and also Harlem Gospel Choir.

Multiple searches on Google, Spotify, Amazon, iTunes, etc. have found albums by these groups, but none including that title. Perhaps that title is known by another name? Or maybe there's another sort of Harlem choir that's known by another name.

She (my mother) said she heard it at a funeral and would like a copy. Any help appreciated.

Best answer: Roger Holland has toured with the Boys Choir of Harlem (link), and it appears he set that song to music (link). I think it's just a translation discrepancy that causes the title to be "Lord Make Me an Instrument" rather than "Make Me a Channel." Recordings here and here.
