iPad app to sign forms.

What iPad app should I use for meeting sign-in sheets?

I work for a small construction company and handle all the toolbox (safety) meetings and worksite inspections. For each meeting, I fill out a standard form with today's topic and everybody present signs it.

I'm attempting to streamline our files (and reduce our paper usage) and thought it would be neat to have the PDF or Word document on my iPad and just have the attendees sign the form on the iPad with a stylus. What's the best iPad app that can help me do this? I need to be able to sync it with Dropbox, but nothing much fancier than that is required. We don't mind paying a flat or monthly fee. Right now I'm checking out SignNow, DocuSign, and SignEasy, so if anybody has any experience with those, please let me know, but other suggestions are more than welcome.

If you just need a pdf with everyone's signatures on it that can be synced with Dropbox, I would use Noteability.
