What's the name of this song?

I feel as though I've heard this song in many places, but its lack of lyrics have made it difficult to search for. I've most recently encountered it in an episode of Louis Theroux's Weird Weekends. I suspect that it might be by Esquivel like the show's opening theme, but I haven't been able to find it based on that alone. This has been driving me crazy!
