That Guy Wasn't the Wallet Inspector

I'm looking for a wallet with very specific features. I've already made some Etsy inquiries and haven't been able to find what I need.
This is to be a replacement for a now-defunct wallet. The original wallet of this type came from some Dutch department store that we can't remember. I need to find a source for this that is in the US or can ship here.
Specifications:
1) soft but sturdy leather (calf, deer or elk perhaps)
2) external pocket for business cards, etc
3) Bifold
4) ID sleeve that is attached to the wallet but folds up
5) coin pocket
6) space for 6 cards inside, plus 2 recessed spaces for little used cards.
7) bill fold area split into two pockets
8) Internal bill fold pockets do not have to be leather, but should be a fabric (I expect this is standard)
9) plain black leather preferred
I've found some wallets that have the coin pouch built in, but not one that has the coin pouch and a fold-out ID sleeve and an exterior pocket for business cards. Again, I've tried to see if anyone on Etsy could custom-make such a thing, but so far I haven't had any luck there.

If you eliminate the Coin Pocket from your list of requirements you might have a lot better luck!

Can you post a picture of your old wallet to get a better idea of what we're looking for?

Taxi Wallet covers everything except the fold-out ID. I have this wallet and just love it.
