I am opening a small solo business. I am going to be using a virtual phone system. I am looking for a phone dock that turns my android cell phone into a desk phone with receiver AND speaker phone.
I am opening a small business as a solo attorney as of November 1. I am going to be using a virtual phone system. I am looking for a phone dock that turns my android cell phone into a desk phone with receiver AND speaker phone. I have searched google, amazon, etc. to no avail.
I have an xperia sony cell phone.
I have found the following: from Amazon which looks like its only iphone and ALSO some "pop" phones which are cool looking but not what I am looking for.
Do you have a phone dock that you love? Do you have any you hate? Thanks!

These days many residential DCET digital cordless phones also pair with mobile phones over Bluetooth and are basically monster Bluetooth headsets. Here's one at best Buy.

We have a Panasonic cordless phone at home that has Bluetooth. Once it is paired to your cell phone it will receive all your calls. It can do speaker phone as well.

I do and recommend doing both things recomended. The Obi boxes are cheap and robust, and just the thing to hook a cordless phone to, which (the phone, not the Obi) also is paired to your mobile phone over bluetooth.
Don't trust either your cell or Obi to be as reliable as a landline, but together they're pretty solid.

This of course assumes that you haven't already invested in a virtual phone system. If you have, then you'll need to forward that to your google voice phone number.
