Please help me find this clothing brand!

I found my perfect shirt at a rummage sale and am trying to track down the brand. The tag has a capital "M" with a striped background, and has a picture of a crying girl on the back with a striped heart on her shirt. I tried looking up the RN and CA numbers with no conclusive results (I already know it's 50/50 cotton poly jersey). Can the hive mind help? Here are images: Front, Back. Thanks!

The RN belongs to the company that owns the clothing brand Chaser. The Chaser label is different from the one in your shirt, but if you contact Chaser they may recognize it. The have a contact page on their website.

I am 75% certain that I've seen that tag on the t-shirts at Urban Outfitters (it might be the BDG brand). I actually have a shirt with the crying girl on the tag that I got at the 99 Cent Only Store but when I bought it I do remember thinking that it must have been deadstock/seconds from UO.

I was also going to say Urban Outfitters, so probably worth a look.

YES. Urban Outfitters used to sell shirts from this brand (minus the "M" logo), I bought a ton of them back in like 2006. They're no longer found at UO, and I've been semi-trying to find these guys for years, but no luck. The cut of the shirt is perfect for me, and no other shirts I've tried on have the same fit. If anyone can track this brand down, I will forever be indebted to you.
