Dallas- what are the best sources for information on live music events?

What websites, blogs, radio stations (do those even exist), newspapers, etc. do I need to look for to keep up with the Dallas music scene? Rock, preferably, some country.
KXT (91.7) also showcases lots of local acts, and they sponsor the Summer Cut festival and the Barefoot at the Belmont series. I always discover new stuff by listening to them.

Songkick.com - Create a free account with them, and enter the names of the performers that you enjoy. Whenever one of them has an upcoming show in your geographic area songkick sends you a message. Works great.
