Biofeedback machines... is there a good one out there?

My SO has expressed an interest in biofeedback machines... she's not trying to cure some serious malady or anything, but trying to explore it as a way to cope to stress. Is there a machine out there for a reasonable price ($150-ish) that's actually worth buying or are all those devices just nonsense?

Try Google shopping for 'galvanic skin rssponse'. I played around with them awhile back and got pretty good at relaxing with one. Just know that sweat will effect it. If you can push to $300 there is Muse, which is more of an EEG machine and works well. My wife loves hers.

Response by poster: haha... it's all good and I appreciate the advice. "Cope WITH stress" is what I meant in my question, for what it's worth...
