amsterdam

I'm flying into Amsterdam on an overnight flight, and have an appointment later in the afternoon. I need to crash somewhere for a few hours. I'm not flying first class, so the business lounge is out. Anyone have ideas where to grab a few hours sleep in Amsterdam without being bothered? (please, no marijuana jokes) For example, there's a place in New York where workers can nap for a half hour...
Schipol Airport has a Hotel Mercure in it in which you can even rent for a few hours if you wish. It's Euro 78 a day. You can even just use them for a refreshment shower!
Schiphol Airport has a lot of stuff to offer nearby if you use their search function.

From Schiphol Airport website:
"If you are transferring at Schiphol and have enough transit time, then a shower is going to provide you with a welcome and refreshing break.
* The showers are located in Hotel Mercure on the first floor of Lounge 3.
* Hotel Mercure is located in the passenger area beyond security and is therefore only accessible by (transferring and departing) passengers.
* The hotel is open 24 hours a day, so you can go there any time you like.
* The cost of using a shower amounts to EUR 12.50 (including towels, soap and shampoo).
