Kindle time zone

How do I set the time zone for my Kindle Fire? Right now it's displaying UTC, I think, instead of UTC-7 which is my time zone. I just turned on "Location-based services" and that didn't help.

Response by poster: My Kindle Fire HD doesn't have a "Date and Time" choice in the settings. Is it somewhere else?

Response by poster: Found it! In the settings, go to DEVICE. Under there is DATE & TIME. There you can choose the time zone.
