Name that blues song: fish and lipstick.

I heard a song on the CBC a couple weeks ago and can't seem to identify it. It was a female singer, singing a blues song. The opening line was something along the lines of: "You told me you went fishing, but I am doubtful, because I don't know any fish that wear lipstick." Any ideas?
