The Best Online Help Portals

Which websites/web services offer the very best online help portal, where you can get documentation and videos on their product?

I'm putting together a list of the best of the best around the interwebs, and I'd love some feedback from MeFi.

Example: The epitome of (what I think is) a great help portal is Basecamp's.

And feel to interpret "best" however you see fit. The most helpful content, best designed/laid out portal, most interesting content, etc.

Best answer: I really like MailChimp's knowledgebase a lot. It's very searchable, and not only do they have standard "help" articles but they have a lot of articles about best practices, research they've done, etc. Also the videos are well done.
