What happened to Sharingthegroove.org??

Any one know what happened to sharingthegroove.org?

I loved getting legal (at least I thought it was legal) live music there, along with the great active forum. Did the RIAA strike again? I know that they were very strict on only hosting legal stuff, but perhaps a few too many slipped through the cracks?

Any idea where the people of sharingthegroove might have "migrated" to?

I know about etree, but are there any other forum-based bit torrent live music trading sites?

Sharing the Groove migrated to DimeADozen and is just as delightfully surprising in its variety as always.

The national treasure that is LargeHearted Boy will sometimes link to torrent sites -- he's a good source for finding new ones, like PureLiveGigs.

Also there was controversy over what the owner of the site did with the donations to the site.

Response by poster: Can you tell me (or point me to some info about) the controversy?
