Help developing pay scales

Attention HR Managers! I need help developing pay scales for my non-profit.

I sit on a volunteer board for a non-profit performing arts company. We are in the process of developing pay scales for our administrative staff.

Does anyone have any tips or online resources that they found helpful when developing pay scales.

Also, aside from StatsCan and JobFutures is there any place I can get free online labour stats for this industry in Canada.

You might look at some union websites for collective agreements in similar fields, which will usually contain wage scales.
