Can I get pasteurized eggs in Portland?

Has anyone seen pasteurized eggs anywhere near the Portland, OR metro area? I used to get Davidson's pasteurized eggs at Safeway, and maybe long ago at Trader Joes? Neither of those stores have them now. Davidson's doesn't seem to supply any local stores.

I'll drive pretty far (30 mile radius or so) if I can get them for sure.

NOT INTERESTED IN:
egg whites (I need the yolks)
pasteurizing my own eggs in any manner
using unpasteurized eggs

Thanks!

Best answer: Don't really know - I've seen them before in stores, but not paid any attention lately. There's a store locator on their site, and a list of stores on the page. The only ones I recognize are Whole Foods and 7-Eleven, but if you're going to play hide and seek all over the metro area, you might be better off doing it via phone first.

What about dried, pasteurized, whole eggs? I'd be surprised if there wasn't a baking supply place in Portland where you could find them locally.

I'm in Florida, but here they sell Egg Beaters in pretty much every grocery store.

Unless you are looking for whole eggs that have been pasteurized? If so, you can do this yourself

Response by poster: I have them in my possession! They were at a Whole Foods close to me. Derp.

The store locator insisted they were nowhere nearby, so I called the company and they "confirmed" that the eggs were not anywhere in Oregon or SW Washington.

I had gone to several Safeways since that's where I'd previously bought them, and they did not carry them, so I figured the company was giving me accurate info. As a last resort I figured it was worth calling some Whole Foods & they said they carried them. Yay!
