Can anyone recommend a service to be able to do simple windows server support on as needed basis, who are available on call round the clock?
MonsieurBon pretty much has it, unless you're talking about on-site support, in which case we'd need your location.

You might also look into hosting your server offsite with someone who can provide that kind of support.

Have you searched for managed services provider in your area, or better yet gotten recommendations from other local businesses? You might also find individual consultants.
Basically managed service providers are outsourced IT you pay for hourly or at a flat rate, generally used by companies too small to have a full time IT department / person.

Response by poster: Sorry for not being clear. By server support, I wasn't talking about on-site support, but someone to view logs and restart services as necessary.
I'm in Dallas, TX, but the support service could be anywhere in the world.
