Which online ID badge service is best?

I need to make ID badges for 45 employees at my office, and I would like to use an online service. Does anyone have firsthand experience with a company that is worthy of a recommend? I don't need anything fancy, just a company that won't send me a crap product or sell my credit card number to the Russian mafia.

Do you just need a name, or a name and photo, or some sort of fancy chip-containing scannable thing?

Response by poster: Just a name, a logo and a photo. I don't even need a magnet strip or a bar code.

Our office uses PC Nametag for a ton of different things. They're legit, and their prices are great.
